Ms. Haverkamp stated that the City will need to pay the costs to expand the district if this <br /> is delayed. The Planning Commission will place this on a future agenda for discussion. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Sign Ordinance Discussion <br /> Mr. Schmidt explained what transpired at the Chamber meeting held earlier at Sibley <br /> Station where Mr. Marohn had been invited to explain the Sign Ordinance. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> Staff was directed to strike a sentence on page 5. A moti e by John Derksen, <br /> seconded by Mark Hallan,to approve the Minutes, as co cted. embers voted <br /> "aye". Motion carried. <br /> ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S REPOR <br /> Bittner pointed out the nine permits issued and the t letters sent. Bittner stated she <br /> has the draft letter prepared for the r estate signs. S y added 4 businesses that she <br /> had received complaints on. <br /> Mr. Derksen stated that the Patriot Foun ion yard s as a fund raiser.
