Their primary business <br /> operations are dedicated to the wholesale industry. The businesses main functions include <br /> aluminum extrusions, casting, and welding supplies. <br /> E and P Manufacturing are proposing to purchase Block 1 Lot 3 of the Pequot Lakes <br /> Business Park. (See map attached.) They plan to build a new building on the lot allowing <br /> them to relocate their business's headquarters into the Pequot Lakes Business Park. <br /> E and P Manufacturing will be relocating their business from the Brainerd Industrial Park <br /> to the Pequot Lakes Business Park. This move will allow for Earl and Patricia to rent their <br /> Brainerd facility to a national distributor and bring their operations closer to their home, <br /> which is in Crosslake, MN. (See the attached letter from Earl and Patricia Rasmussen.) <br /> Preliminary Construction and Site Plans <br /> Earl and Patricia plan to build a new 6,000 square foot manufacturing facility. Earl is in the <br /> process of bidding out his project with two local construction companies.
