Ruth Ann noted that many complaints were from <br /> the outer edges of the City and that speed was a factor. <br /> AYES: COUNCIL MEMBER ORASKOVICH, MAYOR MALECHA, <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD <br /> NAYES: COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL, COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN <br /> MOTION CARRIED 3-2 <br /> 6.2. Ordinance Amendment Regarding Individual Sewage Treatment Systems <br /> Dawn Bittner presented an amendment to the zoning ordinance which <br /> modifies the criteria governing individual sewage treatment systems. She <br /> noted that the ordinance has been reviewed by the City Attorney and that <br /> the Planning Commission is recommending approval. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO ADOPT ORDINANCE 07-06 <br /> AMENDING SECTION 4.5 — BUILDING STANDARDS AND SECTION <br /> 7.7 — SANITATION STANDARDS OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br /> CARRIED 5-0. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO APPROVE SUMMARY <br /> PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE 07-06. COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> Park Dedication Ordinance <br /> Dawn Bittner noted that the Park Dedication ordinance amendment has <br /> been approved by the City Council. She indicated that the ordinance was <br /> reviewed by the City Attorney following Council review. She noted that the <br /> Attorney had some concerns regarding the ordinance. Dawn requested to <br /> send the Ordinance back to the Planning Commission for review. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO REDIRECT THE PARK <br /> DEDICATION ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO THE PLANNING <br /> COMMISSION FOR REVIEW. COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL SECONDED <br /> THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 7. Fire Chief Report <br />
