Nancy is the main <br /> user of the software. She has trained the office staff to utilize the cash receipting module. <br /> The conversion to the new software was a huge adjustment and Nancy has done a great <br /> job at implementing and utilizing all aspects of the software. <br /> Codification <br /> I have given all of the City's ordinances to our City Attorney. He will working with me to <br /> codify the ordinances. Due to our joint effort, the cost to have a firm complete this project <br /> is drastically reduced. Paul has indicated that he can have this project complete by <br /> November of this year. <br />
