Mr. Burslie reviews the proposed amendment. Currently no timeframe for appeals of <br />�- decisions made by the Planning Commission, Board of Adjustment or Zoning <br />Administrator. City Attorney recommended an appeal timeframe of at least 15 days to be <br />consistent with the appeal timeframe for plats. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Adams, seconded by Commissioner Habein, to <br />recommend approval of the ordinance amendment, as written. <br />All members voted "aye".
