All material is guaranteed to be as specified,and the above work to be performed in accordance with the drawings and specifications submitted for above work and completed in a substantial workmanlike manner for the sum of: Five Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety dollars - 5,790.00 Down payment of one-half f$2,895.OQj then final balance due upon completion of installation as per drawing. All public utilities will be notified by Gopher State One Call before work commences.It is the Owner's responsibility to make Emerald Lawns,Inc.aware of all other facilities located in the work area.Emerald Lawns,Inc.will make very effort to locate these facilities to avoid damage during installation,but if Emerald Lawns,Inc.cannot locate the lines or damage does occur,repair of the same will be the Owner's responsibility.Emerald Lawns,Inc. is not responsible for lot measurement.Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs,will be executed only upon written orders,and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Owner to carry fire,tornado,and other necessary insurance upon above work.Our workers are fully covered by Worker's Compensation insurance.The company agrees to complete the work under this contract within (45) days after acceptance hereof by the company,provided,however,the company shall not be responsible for delay due to labor strikes,weather or any reason beyond the company's control.
