MONTHLY REPORT <br /> TO <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT <br /> MAY, 2007 <br /> Land Use Permits: <br /> The Zoning Office received and processed fifteen Land Use Permit Applications. There <br /> was $4,840.80 collected in fees. <br /> The Zoning Office also reviewed and approved one Metes and Bounds Subdivision <br /> greater than 10 acres. The fee for this subdivision was $50.00. <br /> Individual Sewage Treatment System (ISTS) Permits: <br /> One Design was received for review for a new ISTS. <br /> Meetings Attended: <br /> ➢ May 4 —Annual Preserve Golf Course Meeting— 11:00 a.m. <br /> ➢ May 14 —Highway 371 Alternate Route Sub-committee Meeting— <br /> 1:30 p.m. <br /> ➢ May 29 —Highway 371 Alternate Route Sub-committee Meeting— <br /> 8:30 a.m. <br /> Notes: <br /> ❖ I attended the Annual Preserve Golf Course Meeting on May 4. Alan <br /> Cibuzar of A. W. Research Laboratories presented his report. <br /> The following is an excerpt from the Minutes submitted by Tom <br /> Beaver: <br /> "In recent years A.W.
