The fees collected for these applications were $408.40. *** Permit applications through August, 2012 are 41, compared with 42 for 2011, 46 for 2010, 49 for 2009, 77 far 2008, 91 for 2007, 85 for 2006, 115 for 2005 and 104 for 2004! Subsurface Sewage Treatment Systems (SSTS): The Zoning Office received and processed 1 SSTS Design. The permit fee for this application is $ioo.00. Meetings Attended: ■ September 6— Staff Meeting, Budget Reductions; ■ September �2 — Water Quality Meeting for Sibley and Mayo Lakes; ■ September 13 — Park Board Meeting, prepared Minutes in Clerk's absence; ■ September 18 — Economic Development Committee Meeting, prepared Minutes in Clerk's absence. Notes: ■ I was on vacation September 20 — October 1. ■ The MPCA and the SWCD held a meeting to discuss the water quality of Sibley and Mayo Lakes on September 12 at the Cole Memorial Building. There were approximately 25 attendees. The MPCA, SWCD and environmental firm conducting the study will continue to collect information and submit a report late summer or early fall of 2oi3, outlining their implementation strategies for Sibley and Mayo Lakes to meet state standards. City Staff will continue to provide necessary information for the report. ■ I completed the survey for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to gather information on policies enacted by local governments that support healthy eating and active living for residents.
