The <br />fees collected for these applications were $408.40. <br />*** Permit applications through August, 2012 are 41, compared with 42 for 2011, 46 <br />for 2010, 49 for 2009, 77 far 2008, 91 for 2007, 85 for 2006, 115 for 2005 and 104 <br />for 2004! <br />Subsurface Sewage Treatment Systems (SSTS): <br />The Zoning Office received and processed 1 SSTS Design. The permit fee for this <br />application is $ioo.00. <br />Meetings Attended: <br />■ September 6— Staff Meeting, Budget Reductions; <br />■ September �2 — Water Quality Meeting for Sibley and Mayo Lakes; <br />■ September 13 — Park Board Meeting, prepared Minutes in Clerk's absence; <br />■ September 18 — Economic Development Committee Meeting, prepared <br />Minutes in Clerk's absence. <br />Notes: <br />■ I was on vacation September 20 — October 1. <br />■ The MPCA and the SWCD held a meeting to discuss the water quality of <br />Sibley and Mayo Lakes on September 12 at the Cole Memorial Building. <br />There were approximately 25 attendees. The MPCA, SWCD and <br />environmental firm conducting the study will continue to collect <br />information and submit a report late summer or early fall of 2oi3, <br />outlining their implementation strategies for Sibley and Mayo Lakes to <br />meet state standards. City Staff will continue to provide necessary <br />information for the report. <br />■ I completed the survey for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention <br />to gather information on policies enacted by local governments that <br />support healthy eating and active living for residents. <br />Completed September 19, 2012 <br />
