3. Emergency meetings <br /> Minn.Stat.§13D.04,subd.3. An"emergency meeting"is a special meeting to deal with a matter that <br /> requires immediate consideration by the public body.Posted or published <br /> notice of an emergency meeting is not required. However,the city must make <br /> a good faith effort to notify each news medium that has filed a written request <br /> for notice.Notice must be given by telephone or any other method to notify <br /> members of the public body.The notice must include the subject of the <br /> meeting. <br /> 4. Recessed or continued meetings <br /> Minn.Stat.§ 13D.04,subd.4. No additional notice is needed for a recessed or continued meeting if all of the <br /> following criteria are met: <br /> • The meeting is a recessed or continued session of a previous meeting. <br /> • The time and place of the meeting was established during the previous <br /> meeting. <br /> • The time and place of the meeting was recorded in the minutes of the <br /> previous meeting. <br /> "1 <br /> 5. Closed meetings <br /> Minn.Stat.§13D.04,subd.s.
