Open Forum Ruth Ann Hanson from the Chamber of Commerce distributed a letter to the Council from the Brainerd Lakes Area Chambers of Commerce, Brainerd Lakes Area Development Corporation and the Pequot Lakes Area Development Organization requesting whether the Council would like the assistance of these groups in identifying the issues and impacts of an easterly alternative route. She noted that these organizations see their cooperation with the City as being a voice for the businesses in the city. Council member Oraskovich questioned if Ruth Ann was comfortable with the breakdown of duties as noted in the chart discussed by the Planning �.. Commission and Council. Ruth Ann noted she felt the list was a good break down of duties. 5. Presentations Lynn Scharenbroich gave a presentation on the Paul Bunyan Scenic Byway. Following the presentation, she requested the Council to consider budgeting regularly for a contribution to the ByWay. She noted that in the past Sibley Township contributed $500 per year. The Council noted it would take the request under advisement. 6. Planning and Zoning Report Monthly Report by Dawn Bittner. 10.1. Water/Wastewater Mutual Aid Agreement The City Clerk informed the Council that the City of Pequot Lakes and the Pine River Area Sanitary District (PRASD) have been working together to form a Mutual Aid Agreement between the two entities to share labor, personnel and equipment for the sewer and water utilities. The Clerk reviewed the proposed agreement.
