ROADS, STREET, AND PARKS - 2006 GOALS <br /> 1. Receive the final design from MnDOT on the Highway 371 Project so <br /> all City departments can plan work that needs to be done in the near <br /> future. —Not complete (move to 2007) <br /> 2. Finalize design plans (not the final construction) for the park in the <br /> center of the city so that a construction and maintenance budget can <br /> be more accurately planned and also address what type of community <br /> uses will or will not be allowed in this area. - Completed <br /> 3. Work with the City Planning and Zoning and Engineer to come up <br /> with a standard for street construction minimums for the different <br /> types of development that is going on now and in the future so we can <br /> accommodate the expected higher traffic levels. —Not complete — <br /> (move to 2007) <br /> 4. Get the new cemetery land planned out so that pre-construction work <br /> may begin. Not complete (on hold due to uncertainty of Highway 371 <br /> design layout) <br />
