CITY CLERK - DEPARTMENT GOALS <br /> 2006 <br /> 1. Revise and Update the Personnel Policy. <br /> 2. Performance Review Procedures. Have performance reviews in place prior to the <br /> end of the year. This includes training of supervisors, Council, and employees. <br /> 3. Begin the codification process. <br /> 4. Begin searching for different financial software. <br /> 5. Hire and train new office assistant employee. <br /> 6. Elections—Primary and General Elections(including changing polling place). <br /> 7. Any Recommendations from our 2005 Audit will be incorporated into these goals. <br />
