WaterMastewater Report <br /> Written report by Tina Nolden. <br /> 10. Police Monthly Report <br /> Report by Chief Braam. The Chief requested the Council to adopt a <br /> resolution in support of recognizing the period of October 21 — 30 as <br /> "Buckle Up — Pequot Lakes— Click it or Ticket." <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER ORASKOVICH MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION <br /> 06-33 ADOPTING BUCKLE UP PEQUOT LAKES —CLICK IT OR <br /> TICKET. COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> 10.1. Excessive Noise Ordinance <br /> Chief Braam presented an excessive noise ordinance. He indicated that <br /> the purpose of the ordinance is to limit excessive vehicle noise. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO ADOPT ORDINANCE 06-21 <br /> RELATING TO THE ENFORCEMENT OF EXCESSIVE VEHICLE NOISE <br /> OFFENSES AND ISSUANCE OF PENALTIES RELATED TO THESE <br /> OFFENSES. COUNCIL MEMBER ORASKOVICH SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> 10.2. Unreasonable Acceleration Ordinance <br /> Chief Braam presented an ordinance relating to unreasonable <br /> acceleration. He noted that the purpose of the ordinance is to enforce <br /> unreasonable acceleration of motor vehicles in the City. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL MOVED TO ADOPT ORDINANCE 06-22 <br /> RELATING TO THE ENFORCEMENT OF UNREASONABLE <br /> ACCELERATION OFFENSES AND ISSUANCE OF PENALTIES. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br /> CARRIED 7-0. <br /> 10.3. Highway Closing for Parade <br />
