The eight properties range in size from roughly 2 acres to over 16 acres in size, with the majority of them measuring between 8 and 10 acres. Some of the properties have dwellings along the lake, while two of the properties have businesses along the highway. Under the previous Ordinance, the properties were zoned Residential with the eastern portion of the properties zoned Commercial.The proposed rezoning is to Shoreline Residential entirely.
