The eight properties range in size from <br /> roughly 2 acres to over 16 acres in size, with the majority of them measuring between 8 and 10 <br /> acres. Some of the properties have dwellings along the lake, while two of the properties have <br /> businesses along the highway. Under the previous Ordinance, the properties were zoned <br /> Residential with the eastern portion of the properties zoned Commercial.The proposed rezoning <br /> is to Shoreline Residential entirely. This is their separate public hearing to rezone their <br /> properties to a classification in compliance with the new Land Use Ordinance.
