`-' Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is currently working on the <br /> following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will report on these each month until <br /> they are resolved to the satisfaction of the Planning Commission. <br /> 1. John E. MacGibbon: Non-compliant ISTS. Current parcel information lists Mr. <br /> MacGibbon as the person receiving tax statements. (Inherited from Sibley Township) <br /> 2. Cathi McBryde: A copy of the timeline and supporting information has been forwarded <br /> to the Prosecuting Attorney. Staff has not been contacted by Prosecuting Attorney. <br /> (Inherited from Sibley Township) <br /> 3. Lance Schmidt: The garbage has been removed. Staff will continue to monitor. The <br /> property is for sale. (11/05)and (6/05) <br /> 4. Roger Rudbeck—The City Council has agreed to forward this matter to the City Attorney <br /> to secure a lien on the illegally constructed dwellings. <br /> 5. Andrew Boldt—The adjoining property has been sold.This will remain on the violation <br /> list. <br /> 6. Carl Wilson—This parcel has been sold. Staff will continue to monitor. This may be an <br /> ongoing problem and will remain on the violation list. <br /> �. Johnathan Acosta—The exterior has not been sided. Any suggestions? (7/05) <br /> Darrell Lake—The additional bio-logs have not been added. Several of the new trees are <br /> dead. (8/04) <br /> 9. Dale Kroells — A letter has been sent requesting exterior completion by September 30. <br /> (10/04) <br /> DO-James and Barbara Whitty — Staff had the Police Department hand deliver a letter <br /> requesting completion by October 31,2oo6. (6/04) <br /> 11. Bonnie Watt—A public hearing for the rezone will be on our November Agenda. (5/05) <br /> 12. Kenneth&Cynthia Mlaskoch —The garage has been removed. We consider this matter <br /> resolved. (11/05) <br /> 13. Kevin Nelson—The Police Chief would like to help us with this but our Ordinance has no <br /> "teeth". (9/05) <br /> 14. James and Judith Whalen — The piles have been removed. We consider this matter <br /> resolved. (5/o6) <br /> 15. Patrick and Sharon Ganley—Chickens are to be removed by January 20, 2007. We have <br /> received the executed Letter of Agreement. This will remain on the Violation List until <br /> the chickens are removed. (6/o6) <br /> 16. David Clark—The Police Chief has given him a deadline for the removal of the remaining <br /> debris and the remainder of the cats. The Police Chief is monitoring. (6/o6) <br /> 17. Greg and Kathy Karr — The Street Department advised that the dirt has been removed <br /> from the ROW and silt fences were in place. Wo6) <br /> 1H1 Rich and Lori Westlund —They have placed gutters on the building which should divert <br /> the stormwater from adjacent properties. Staff will monitor. Wo6) <br /> 19. Helen Montague — I have not received the signed letter of agreement to permanently <br /> remove the camping trailers after Labor Day. (7/o6) <br /> 20.Joel and Debra Wernecke — I spoke with Ms. Wernecke who advised they are in the <br /> process of divorce and she cannot remove or sell any of the vehicles until the divorce is <br /> completed. I advised her to send a copy of my violation letter to her attorney at Legal <br /> Aid. (8/o6) <br /> 21. Robert Lundquist — He applied for and received a permit for the ATF storage building. <br /> We now consider this matter resolved. (8/o6) <br /> 22. Baystar Investment Corporation — The rear of the Whalen Woods building on <br /> Government Drive needed some attention. Staff checked Sept. 6 and the weeds/grass <br /> had been mowed.
