A right turn lane would not be required at this time assuming <br /> most traffic will be going to/from CSAH 11 and Pequot Lakes. Depending upon use and traffic,a <br /> right turn lane may be needed at a future date. The bypass lane should be shown as per MnDOT <br /> standard plates. <br /> With the addition of a bypass lane and the bituminous removals already planned for,there should <br /> be a pavement marking item included in the contract. It should also be verified whether or not a <br /> culvert is needed under Trailside Road within the CR 112 ditch. <br /> The last item is the location of structures. No structures seem to be within the bituminous <br /> surfacing of CR 112,which is as we have discussed in the past. With the bypass lane,the stub <br /> manhole at the end of the sanitary sewer across from Trailside Road looks like it would be in the <br /> bypass lane.
