No person shall. . .construct any <br /> structure prior to applying for and receiving a Land Use Permit. " <br /> I have been to your property and taken the enclosed picture. If this picture accurately <br /> depicts your property, I would have to find that you are in violation of this provision of <br /> the Ordinance. <br /> I have enclosed a Land Use Application form. Please complete the application and <br /> return no later than September 11, 2006, including all items highlighted on page 1. <br /> The after-the-fact fee will be determined after receiving the application and supporting <br /> information. <br /> Failure to comply with the Ordinance by September 11, 2006,will prompt us to take <br /> more aggressive action. This would likely include administrative fines for each day the <br /> violation continues, civil action to obtain a court order directing you to comply with the <br /> Ordinance and could potentially include criminal action. <br />
