CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR A REZONING IN THE AGRICULTURE AND RURAL RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS TO THE RURAL RESIDENTIAL, AGRICULTURE AND FOREST MANAGEMENT CLASSIFICATION SEPTEMBER 21, 2006 6:30 P.M. AT CITY HALL 4638 COUNTY ROAD 11 TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: The following will be the subject of a public hearing on September 21, 2006, beginning at 6:30 p.m. Hearing: Rezoning. Applicant: City of Pequot Lakes. Property Description: Property is located At 28880 County Road 107. Parcel ID are: 290233100B00009, 290233300A00009, & 290233300B00009. Robert& Joan Moberg, property owners. Purpose: Application is for rezoning in the Agriculture and Rural Residential Districts to the Rural Residential, Agriculture and Forest Management zoning classifications. The City recently rezoned all properties within the City to be consistent with the adoption of the new Land Use and Subdivision Ordinance, but property owners had the option of requesting a separate public hearing for their individual properties. This public hearing is being held at the property owner's request, and the zoning classification listed is the City's proposed classifications. All interested persons are invited to attend this hearing and be heard or send written comments to City Hall. Copies of the permit, maps, drawings and staff report are available at City Hall at least one week prior to the hearing date. Copies of the Staff Report regarding this application are available at City Hall or on-line at www.communitygrowth.com.
