Lots 1 and 2 are <br /> roughly 1.5 acres in size, with Lot 3 being about 1.2 acres in size. This is their separate public hearing to rezone their properties to a classification in <br /> compliance with the new Land Use Ordinance. Mr.Calhoun's property was included at this time <br /> because it is likely that Mr.Calhoun's property(Lot 3)was incorrectly rezoned. <br /> Applicable Statutes: Section 5.1,Subdivision 7 outlines the criteria that should be considered <br /> when amending the official zoning map or establishing a zoning classification: <br /> A.
