4. Roger Rudbeck — The City Council has agreed to forward this matter to the City <br /> Attorney to secure a lien on the illegally constructed dwellings. <br /> 5. Gary and Jaculin Peterson — Staff has sent Mr. Peterson four Invoices after the <br /> October, 2005 letter informing him the City Council upheld the PC <br /> recommendation of 5 times after-the-fact fine. No payment has been made. <br /> (11/03) <br /> 6. Andrew Boldt — The adjoining property has been sold. This will remain on the <br /> violation list. <br /> 7. Carl Wilson—This parcel has been sold. Staff will continue to monitor. This may <br /> be an ongoing problem and will remain on the violation list. <br /> 8. Johnathan Acosta—The exterior has not been sided. Any suggestions? (7/05) <br /> ODarrell Lake — The additional bio-logs have not been added. Several of the new <br /> trees are dead. (8/04) <br /> Dale Kroells—The siding has NOT been completed. Staff was incorrect when she <br /> stated they had until the end of July to complete. (10/04) <br /> 11. James and Barbara Whitty— The berm was built and the vegetation in place on <br /> July 13, 2006. The swale will be constructed when it is not so hot. (6/04) <br /> 12. Bonnie Watt — The City Council did not rezone her parcel to Rural Residential <br /> (New Ordinance)—motion failed. The violation remains outstanding. (5/05) <br /> V Kenneth & Cynthia Mlaskoch — Mr. Mlaskoch contacted Staff on May 8 and <br /> stated the garage may be sold and should be removed shortly. The garage has <br /> NOT been removed. (11/05) <br /> 14. Kevin Nelson—The Police Chief would like to help us with this but our Ordinance <br /> has no"teeth". (9/05) <br /> 15. James and Judith Whalen — They are in the process of removing the debris. It <br /> looks like they plan to burn the remainder. The piles have not been burned. <br /> (5/06) <br /> 16. Patrick and Sharon Ganley — Chickens are to be removed by January 20, 2007. <br /> (6/06) <br /> David Clark—The Police Chief had visited his property and found in excess of 20 <br /> cats and kittens, piles of dirty cat litter and debris in the yard. The Police Chief <br /> is monitoring. (6/06) <br /> 18. Greg and Kathy Karr—They have placed dirt in right-of-way and need to control <br /> dirt on their lot. (7/06) <br /> 19. Rich and Lori Westlund — There has been erosion from their property onto the <br /> adjoining property. (x/06) <br /> 20.Helen Montague—Three camping units have been placed along the shoreline for <br /> camping. (7/06) <br /> The following items relate to the sign ordinance, which we anticipate having ready for review <br /> soon: <br /> 21. Curt Pestello:This violation is still on hold pending our new sign ordinance. <br /> 22.
