The Ordinance states,in Section 7.2, subpart L1,Erosion and Drainage,that, "No land shall be developed and no use shall be permitted that results in water runoff causing flooding erosion, or deposit of sediment on adjacent properties. " The Ordinance further states,in Section 7.4, Maintenance,that, "All structures shall be properly maintained in a clean and acceptable manner so as not to constitute a menace to the public health, safety, convenience, general welfare,property values, and aesthetics. All landscaping shall be properly maintained so as to preserve planting in a live state and free of noxious weeds. " The Ordinance further states, in Section 7.6, Visual Standards,that, "No use shall create, maintain or continue any activity or structure which has a strong negative visual impact or offends the morals or violates the standards of the City. " Over the past year there have been numerous conversations with City Staff, including the Street Superintendent and the City Engineer. In addition, there were conversations between you and the property owner to the north and his representative regarding a shared stormwater retention area. To my knowledge,there has been no agreement between you and Mr. Sutton.
