The City recently rezoned all properties within the City to be <br /> consistent with the adoption of the new Land Use and Subdivision Ordinance, but property owners <br /> had the option of requesting a separate public hearing for their individual properties. This public <br /> hearing is being held at the property owner's request or at the request of the Planning Commission, <br /> and the zoning classifications listed are the City's proposed classifications. All interested persons <br /> are invited to attend this hearing and be heard or send written comments to City Hall. Copies of <br /> maps, drawings and staff report are available at City Hall at least one week prior to the hearing <br /> date. Copies of the Staff Report regarding this application are available at City Hall or on-line at <br /> www.communitygrowth.com. <br /> Property Owners Please Note: Notice relative to the above listed request is sent to all property <br /> owners within 350' of the applicant's property.
