(see attached <br /> notice for all parcel numbers and property owners) <br /> Applicant: City of Pequot Lakes <br /> Background: The parcels in question comprise a total of six blocks of parcels that are <br /> proposed to be rezoned from Medium Density Residential to Downtown Mixed Use. The entire area has access to City sewer and can support higher densities or additional uses <br /> beyond residential as allowed under Downtown Mixed Use zoning.
