Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is currently working on <br /> the following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will report on these <br /> each month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> 1. John E. MacGibbon: Non-compliant ISTS. Current parcel information <br /> lists Mr. MacGibbon as the person receiving tax statements. (Inherited <br /> from Sibley Township) <br /> Z Cathi McBryde: A copy of the timeline and supporting information has <br /> been forwarded to the Prosecuting Attorney. Staff has not been contacted <br /> by Prosecuting Attorney. (Inherited from Sibley Township) <br /> 3. Lance Schmidt: The garbage has been removed. Staff will continue to <br /> monitor. The property is for sale. (11105) and (6/05) <br /> 4. Roger Rudbeck—The City Council has agreed to forward this matter to <br /> the City Attorney to secure a lien on the illegally constructed dwellings. <br /> 5. Gary and Jaculin Peterson—Staff has sent Mr. Peterson four Invoices after <br /> the October, 2005 letter informing him the City Council upheld the PC <br /> recommendation of 5 times after-the-fact fine. No payment has been <br /> made. (11/03) <br /> 6. Andrew Boldt—The adjoining property has been sold. This will remain on <br /> the violation list. <br /> 7. Carl Wilson—This parcel has been sold. Staff will continue to monitor. <br /> This may be an ongoing problem and will remain on the violation list. <br /> 8. Johnathan Acosta—The exterior has not been sided. His Mother mowed <br /> the lawn. (7/05) <br /> 9. Virgil Dahl— Staff verified that old trailer home removed 6/13/06. We <br /> now consider this matter resolved. (Problem inherited from Sibley <br /> Township) <br /> 10. Darrell Lake—Staff will respond to Ms. Cahill's letter. (8/04) <br /> July, 2006 Staff Report Page 2 <br />
