STAFF REPORT <br /> Application: Variance to Exceed Maximum Cumulative Accessory Structure Size <br /> Applicant: Robert and Penny Ritter <br /> Background Information: The subject property is located on the eastern shore of East Twin <br /> Lake and abuts County Road ion.The property is approximately 2 acres in size and is currently <br /> zoned Shoreline Residential. The property currently contains a house with a 445-square-foot <br /> unattached garage and a i3o-square-foot storage accessory structure. <br /> The addition of the new storage structure exceeds the accessory structure size limit of i,28o <br /> square feet since the property would then have a total of 1,T75 square feet in accessory <br /> structures. <br /> Applicable Statutes: The purpose and intent of the Shoreline Residential (SR) zone is to <br /> provide classification for riparian residential development.
