STAFF REPORT <br /> Item: Industrial/ Business Park Uses <br /> Background: The Staff has been working to keep information regarding the Business Park <br /> updated for potential buyers of properties within the Business Park, which is zoned Light <br /> Industrial. Potential buyers may look at the current list of permitted and conditional uses <br /> and not find a use that fits their needs.
