CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR A REZONING IN THE RURAL <br /> RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO THE TRANSITION RESIDENTIAL <br /> CLASSIFICATION <br /> FEBRUARY 16, 2006 <br /> 6:30 P.M. <br /> AT <br /> CITY HALL <br /> 4638 COUNTY ROAD 11 <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> The following will be the subject of a public hearing on February 16, 2006, beginning at <br /> 6:30 p.m. <br /> Hearing: Rezoning <br /> Applicant: Michael and Kelly Mc Brien, property owners. <br /> Property Description: Property is located at 5314 County Road 11. Parcel ID's are: <br /> Nft'" 290114400CA0009, 290 1 1 4400CB0009, and 290114400CC0009. <br /> Purpose: Application is for rezoning in the Rural Residential District to the Transition <br /> Residential zoning classification. The City recently rezoned all properties within the City <br /> to be consistent with the adoption of the new Land Use and subdivision Ordinance, but <br /> property owners had the option of requesting a separate public hearing for their <br /> individual properties. This public hearing is being held at the property owner's request, <br /> and the zoning classifications listed are the City's proposed classifications. All interested <br /> persons are invited to attend these hearings and be heard or send written comments to <br /> City Hall. Copies of the permit, maps, drawings and staff report are available at City <br /> Hall at least one week prior to the hearing date. Copies of the Staff Report regarding <br /> these applications are available at City Hall or on-line at www.communitygrowth.com. <br /> Property Owners Please Note: Notice relative to the above listed requests are sent to <br /> all property owners within 350' of the applicant's property.
