CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR A REZONING IN THE RURAL RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO THE TRANSITION RESIDENTIAL CLASSIFICATION FEBRUARY 16, 2006 6:30 P.M. AT CITY HALL 4638 COUNTY ROAD 11 TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: The following will be the subject of a public hearing on February 16, 2006, beginning at 6:30 p.m. Hearing: Rezoning Applicant: Michael and Kelly Mc Brien, property owners. Property Description: Property is located at 5314 County Road 11. Parcel ID's are: Nft'" 290114400CA0009, 290 1 1 4400CB0009, and 290114400CC0009. Purpose: Application is for rezoning in the Rural Residential District to the Transition Residential zoning classification. The City recently rezoned all properties within the City to be consistent with the adoption of the new Land Use and subdivision Ordinance, but property owners had the option of requesting a separate public hearing for their individual properties. This public hearing is being held at the property owner's request, and the zoning classifications listed are the City's proposed classifications. All interested persons are invited to attend these hearings and be heard or send written comments to City Hall. Copies of the permit, maps, drawings and staff report are available at City Hall at least one week prior to the hearing date. Copies of the Staff Report regarding these applications are available at City Hall or on-line at www.communitygrowth.com.
