" <br /> I have been to your property and taken the enclosed picture. If this picture accurately <br /> depicts your property, I would have to find that you are in violation of this provision of <br /> the Ordinance. <br /> I have enclosed a Land Use Application form. Please complete the application and <br /> return no later than January 13,2006, including all items highlighted on page 1. The <br /> after-the-fact fee will be determined after receiving the application and supporting <br /> information. <br /> Failure to comply with the Ordinance by January 13, 2006, will prompt us to take more <br /> aggressive action. This would likely include administrative fines for each day the <br /> violation continues, civil action to obtain a court order directing you to comply with the <br /> Ordinance and could potentially include criminal action. <br /> In addition, the Ordinance Wa"cs, in Section 7.1, subpart 7 D,that "Off-site signs are <br /> prohibited. " <br />
