When you
did not appear, the Planning Commission discussed this under the Potential Violation
portion of the meeting. Several of the members had had the opportunity to observe your
fence prior to the meeting. After a short discussion, they determined that pallets are not
acceptable construction materials for a fence.
These fence materials will need to be removed as soon as the frost is out in the spring. I
will contact you in early April, 2006 to determine an appropriate removal deadline.
Sincerely,
Dawn Bittner
Zoning Administrator
CC: Planning Commission
Jerry Braam, Chief of Police
