The Ordinance states, in Section 7.5, Subpart 1.13,Exterior Storage,that "Where there is a principle or accessory structure, all materials and equipment shall be stored within a building or fully screened so as not to be visible from adjoining properties. . . " The Ordinance further states, in Section 7.5, Subpart 1.D,Exterior Storage,that, "Abandoned motor vehicles shall be stored within a structure or completely screened from view from adjacent properties and right-of-way. " The Ordinance defines an Abandoned Motor Vehicle in Section 3.2, Definitions, as "A motor vehicle as defined in Minnesota Statutes Chapter 169.01 that(c) has remained on private property for more than thirty days and is inoperable or is unlicensed unless kept in a garage or other storage structure. " I have been to your property and taken the enclosed pictures. If these pictures accurately depict the condition of your property, I would have to find that you are in violation of these provisions of the Ordinance. As opposed to formally citing you for a violation of the Ordinance, we would like the opportunity to work with you to correct the situation. We are requesting that by no later than February 6,2006,you remove or properly store all abandoned vehicles �-' and exterior storage from this property.
