Each lot in the proposed subdivision has at 33 feet of frontage on the right-of-way for <br /> County Road 16. <br /> Planning Commission Direction: The Planning Commission can develop findings to <br /> approve the metes and bounds subdivision, it can develop findings to deny the metes and <br /> bounds subdivision, or it can table the subdivision request to gather additional information or <br /> provide the applicant time to modify the proposal. <br /> Staff Recommendation: Based on the findings of fact presented in this report, the Staff <br /> recommends approval of the metes and bounds subdivision.
