3. Lance Schmidt: The garbage has been removed. Staff will continue to <br /> monitor. (11105) and (6/05) <br /> 4. Roger Rudbeck—The City Council has agreed to forward this matter to <br /> the City Attorney to secure a lien on the illegally constructed dwellings. <br /> 5. Gary and Jaculin Peterson—Staff has sent them another invoice. The City <br /> Clerk is going to check into exactly what can be certified to real estate <br /> taxes. (11/03) <br /> 6. Andrew Boldt—Mr. Schaefer has the adjoining lot for sale and this issue <br /> will be revisited when the lot is sold. This will remain on the violation <br /> list. <br /> 7. Dept. of Natural Resources/Paul Bunyan Trail—The DNR has contacted <br /> Staff and will try to have an STS crew at the site on November 21. <br /> 8. Carl Wilson—This parcel has been sold. Staff will continue to monitor. <br /> This may be an ongoing problem and will remain on the violation list. <br /> 9. Johnathan and Theresa Acosta—Staff has been informed that Mr. Acosta is <br /> finishing the interior of the dwelling. The exterior has not been sided. <br /> Suggestions? <br /> 10. Virgil Dahl—Most of the items have been removed or screened by a fence. <br /> One RV and one pontoon remain in view. (Problem inherited from Sibley <br /> Township) <br /> 11. Darrell Lake—The City has received the attached letter from his attorney <br /> and Mr. Marohn has responded. (8/04) <br /> 12. Larry Lien—Mr. Lien has removed the abandoned vehicles. Staff will <br /> continue to monitor the refuse and other exterior storage. This will remain <br /> on the violation list. (12/04) <br /> 13. Dale Kroells—The old cabin has been removed. Staff will monitor <br /> exterior completion and ground stabilization. (10/04) <br /> 14. Thomas Morris—Staff has received a complaint of a garbage odor possibly <br /> coming from his garage. This continues to receive complaints. The weeds <br /> in his yard are also an issue. This will remain on the violation list. (5/05) <br /> 15. James and Barbara Whitty—Staff has written to the Whitty's requesting an <br /> on-site visit. They did not send their payment by the drop-dead date, <br /> March 6.
