C. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is currently working on <br /> the following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will report on these <br /> each month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> 1. John E. MacGibbon: Current parcel information lists Mr. MacGibbon as <br /> the person receiving tax statements. (Inherited from Sibley Township) <br /> Z. Cathi McBryde: A copy of the timeline and supporting information has <br /> been forwarded to the Prosecuting Attorney. (Inherited from Sibley <br /> Township) <br /> 3. Lance Schmidt: The garbage has been removed. Staff will continue to <br /> monitor. (11/05) and (6/05) <br /> 4. Roger Rudbeck—The City Council has agreed to forward this matter to <br /> the City Attorney to secure a lien on the illegally constructed dwellings. <br /> 5. Gary and Jaculin Peterson—Mr. Peterson told the Mayor that he plans to <br /> pay his ATF permit fee. (11/03) <br /> 6. Andrew Boldt—The adjoining property has been sold. Mr. Boldt may <br /> wish to construct an addition to his home. Is he considered in violation? <br /> This will remain on the violation list. <br /> 7. Dept. of Natural Resources/Paul Bunyan Trail—The debris has not been <br /> cleaned up yet. Staff will contact the DNR again. <br /> 8. Carl Wilson—This parcel has been sold. Staff will continue to monitor. <br /> This may be an ongoing problem and will remain on the violation list. <br /> 9. Johnathan and Theresa Acosta—The exterior has not been sided. <br /> Suggestions? <br /> 10. Virgil Dahl—A"park model" has been moved onto Mr. Dahl's property, <br /> next to the mobile home. Mr. Dahl plans to attend the April Planning <br /> Commission meeting. (Problem inherited from Sibley Township) <br /> 11. Darrell Lake—There has been no new correspondence from Mr. Lake's <br /> attorney. (8/04) <br /> 12. Larry Lien—Mr. Lien has removed the abandoned vehicles. Staff will <br /> continue to monitor the refuse and other exterior storage. This will remain <br /> on the violation list. (12/04) <br /> April, 2006 Staff Report Page 2 <br />
