C. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will report on these each month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the Planning Commission. 1. John E. MacGibbon: Current parcel information lists Mr. MacGibbon as the person receiving tax statements. (Inherited from Sibley Township) Z. Cathi McBryde: A copy of the timeline and supporting information has been forwarded to the Prosecuting Attorney. (Inherited from Sibley Township) 3. Lance Schmidt: The garbage has been removed. Staff will continue to monitor. (11/05) and (6/05) 4. Roger Rudbeck—The City Council has agreed to forward this matter to the City Attorney to secure a lien on the illegally constructed dwellings. 5. Gary and Jaculin Peterson—Mr. Peterson told the Mayor that he plans to pay his ATF permit fee. (11/03) 6. Andrew Boldt—The adjoining property has been sold. Mr. Boldt may wish to construct an addition to his home. Is he considered in violation? This will remain on the violation list. 7. Dept. of Natural Resources/Paul Bunyan Trail—The debris has not been cleaned up yet. Staff will contact the DNR again. 8. Carl Wilson—This parcel has been sold. Staff will continue to monitor. This may be an ongoing problem and will remain on the violation list. 9. Johnathan and Theresa Acosta—The exterior has not been sided. Suggestions? 10. Virgil Dahl—A"park model" has been moved onto Mr. Dahl's property, next to the mobile home. Mr. Dahl plans to attend the April Planning Commission meeting. (Problem inherited from Sibley Township) 11. Darrell Lake—There has been no new correspondence from Mr. Lake's attorney. (8/04) 12. Larry Lien—Mr. Lien has removed the abandoned vehicles.
