We have determined that your application is complete and we have <br /> scheduled a public hearing for 6:30 P. M. on April 20, 2006 at City Hall. <br /> To review, a conditional use is a use that is allowed but would not be appropriate without <br /> restrictions. For a conditional use permit, the Planning Commission holds a public <br /> hearing and makes a recommendation to the City Council on whether to approve or deny <br /> the application. The City Council then makes the final decision on approval or denial of <br /> the permit application. The City may attach conditions on approval of the permit to <br /> ensure that the proposed use meets other provisions of the Ordinance. <br /> The City prepares a staff report for the Planning Commission prior to the meeting. The <br /> report will discuss the pertinent ordinances and an evaluation and recommendations on <br /> your application.
