No Person shall. . . construct any structure prior to applying for and <br /> receiving a Land Use Permit. " <br /> I have been to your property and taken the enclosed pictures. If these pictures accurately <br /> depict your property, I would have to find that you are in violation of this provision of the <br /> Ordinance. <br /> i <br /> The log-sided dwelling that has been moved onto your property must be removed no <br /> later than April 5,2006. You cannot apply for a Land Use Permit as it does not meet <br /> the minimum width requirement of 20 feet. <br /> Failure to comply with the Ordinance by April 5, 2006, will prompt us to take more <br /> aggressive action. This would likely include administrative fines for each day the <br /> violation continues, civil action to obtain a court order directing you to comply with the <br /> Ordinance and could potentially include criminal action. <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />
