This past year we successfully resolved 141and use violations. They are as follows: <br />1. Pestello, Mike — Exterior Storage; <br />2. Cooper, Doug — Grading in Shore Impact Zone; <br />3. Vold, Wayne — Too many recreational vehicles; <br />4. Walberg, Nathan — Too many vehicles; <br />5. Pestello, Elaine — Off-site Sign; <br />6. Arvig Trust — Off-site Sign; <br />�. Wgeishofski, Tim & Penny — Refuse; <br />8. Baystar Investment Corp. — Lawn; <br />9. Beebe, Eve — Structure in Shore Impact Zone; <br />10. Larsen Rental Properties — E�cterior Storage; <br />11. Pestello, Elaine — Lawn; <br />i2. Kukachka, Jon — After-the-Fact Permit; <br />i3. Larsen, Kristin — Lawn; <br />14. Hamilton, Erek — E�erior Storage. <br />The City currently has the following outstanding violations: <br />1. Dahl, Virgil — Refuse and Debris; <br />2. Peterson, Gary — Grading; * <br />3. Anderson, David and Renee — Lot Line Encroachment; * <br />4. Derksen, John and Barbara — Exterior Storage; <br />5. McBryde, Cathi — E�rterior Storage; <br />6. McAnnich, Carter — Exterior Storage; <br />�. Gorton Properties LLC — Exterior Storage. <br />• Peterson, Gary — Site has been stabilized and is in compliance with MPCA; Staff <br />is awaiting termination of this project from MPCA system. At that time this will <br />be considered resolved. <br />• Anderson, David & Renee — Survey error; Staff will verify new survey when <br />snow melts. At that time this will be considered resolved. <br />It should be reiterated that the City's policy on violations is that the Staff investigates <br />only violations that are reported. Individuals that report violations are confidential, as <br />per state laws. The City Staff does not initiate violation notices without a complaint <br />from a member of the City Council, the Planning Commission or the public. <br />4�Page <br />
