The Ordinance states, in Section 7.5 (LA),Exterior Storage,that "There shall be no exterior storage allowed on lots that do not contain a principle or accessory structure. " The Ordinance further states, in Section 5.15, Land Use Matrix, that a fish house is allowed without a permit "Only as part of a retail sales commercial use. " I have been to your property and taken the enclosed pictures. If these pictures accurately depict the condition of your property, I would have to find that you are in violation of these provisions of the Ordinance. As opposed to formally citing you for a violation of the Ordinance,we would like the opportunity to work with you to correct the situation. We are requesting that by no later than May 23,2006,you remove or properly store the exterior storage from this property. Failure to comply with the Ordinance by May 23, 2006, will prompt us to take more aggressive action. This would likely include administrative fines for each day the violation continues, civil action to obtain a court order directing you to comply with the Ordinance and could potentially include criminal action.
