6. Andrew Boldt—The adjoining property has been sold. Mr. Boldt may <br /> wish to construct an addition to his home. Dept. of Natural Resources/Paul Bunyan Trail—Joel De Jaeger, DNR <br /> Trails, informed Staff that he has a MCC crew lined up to clean up the <br /> Trail May 11. He will notify Staff when completed. <br /> 8. Carl Wilson—This parcel has been sold. Staff will continue to monitor. <br /> This may be an ongoing problem and will remain on the violation list. <br /> 9. Johnathan and Theresa Acosta—The exterior has not been sided. <br /> Suggestions? <br /> 10. Virgil Dahl—Mr. Dahl is in the process of removing the old mobile home. <br /> (Problem inherited from Sibley Township) . <br /> 11. Darrell Lake—There has been no new correspondence from Mr. Lake's <br /> attorney. Staff's letter to Mr. Lake's attorney is enclosed with the <br /> correspondence. (8/04) <br /> 12. Larry Lien—Mr. Lien has removed the abandoned vehicles. Staff will <br /> continue to monitor the refuse and other exterior storage. This will remain <br /> on the violation list. (12/04) <br /> 13. Dale Kroells—The old cabin has been removed. Staff will monitor <br /> exterior completion and ground stabilization. (10/04) <br /> 14. Thomas Morris—Staff has received a complaint of a garbage odor possibly <br /> coming from his garage. This continues to receive complaints. The weeds <br /> in his yard are also an issue. James and Barbara Whitty—Commission Members Woog and Adams, Mr. <br /> Marohn, Councilman Ryan, and Mike from Landsburg Landscaping met <br /> with Mr. and Mrs. Whitty March 16.
