We are submitting an updated
proposal that would extend our services for an additional twelve months.
We are proposing to continue with the same city planning services that we currently
provide to the city. These services include routine planner tasks of preparing staff
reports, attending regular meetings and providing day-today support. We will also
continue to work on the long-term planning projects (Highway 37 realignment/turn-
back, gateway, grow-zone, etc.) the city has started.
Attached is a signature form reflecting the terms we propose.
Thank you for the opportunity to continue to work with you. We're very proud of
what we have accomplished together with you here in Pequot Lakes. The upcoming
year is sure to bring challenges and opportunities that we look forward to assisting
with.
Sincerely,
COMMUNITY GROWTH INSTITUTE
Charles L.
