Parcel ID is: <br /> �— 290102303E00009. <br /> Purpose: Application is for rezoning in the Waterfront Commercial District to the <br /> Commercial Shoreline zoning classification. The City recently rezoned all properties <br /> within the City to be consistent with the adoption of the new Land Use and Subdivision <br /> Ordinance, but property owners had the option of requesting a separate public hearing for <br /> their individual properties. This public hearing is being held at the property owner's <br /> request, and the zoning classification listed is the City's proposed classification. All <br /> interested persons are invited to attend this hearing and be heard or send written <br /> comments to City Hall. Copies of the permit, maps, drawings and staff report are <br /> available at City Hall at least one week prior to the hearing date. Copies of the Staff <br /> Report regarding this application are available at City Hall or on-line at <br /> www.communitygrowth.com. <br /> Property Owners Please Note: Notice relative to the above listed request is sent to all <br /> property owners within 350' of the applicant's property.
