made terroristic threats by saying they would shoot the dog the next time it attacked. I explained to him that, it
would only be terroristic threats if it was made toward him, besides it would be a whole different matter if
somebody discharged a gun in the near proximity of homes. He agreed and seemed to understand that his
cgs cannot be running loose in the city/ neighbor hood. I concluded my business with Mr. Nelson and cleared
e residence at approx. 2119 hrs.
I then contacted and explained to her what I had done with regards to her complaint. She stated that,
he does let his dogs out everyday at approx. 0530 hrs, before he goes to work, and they run loose. I told her
we don't have anyone on duty at that time, but photographs with the digital date and time on them would be
very helpful. I gave her the case number to this incident, and told her to contact our office if she has any further
concerns /complaints, and we would do our best to help.
End of report.
14G
Patrolman Rich L. Hogan #379
Pequot Lakes Police Department
L
2
