In that letter we
stated that the Planning Commission determined that pallets are not acceptable
construction materials for a fence and that the fence would need to be removed in the
spring.
With spring arriving and the frost leaving the ground, the time has come to remove the
fence. As stated in a previous letter, rather than formally citing you for a violation of the
Ordinance, we would like the opportunity to work with you to correct the situation. We
are requesting that by no later than April 24,2006,you remove and properly store
these pallets. If for some reason this date is not convenient for you, please attend the
Planning Commission meeting April 20, 2006 to explain to the Planning Commission
what date is acceptable to you.
Sincerely,
Dawn Bittner
Zoning Administrator
CC: Planning Commission
Sandy Peine, City Clerk
Jerry Braam, Chief of police
