12. Larry Lien—Mr. Lien has removed the abandoned vehicles. Staff will <br /> continue to monitor the refuse and other exterior storage. This will remain <br /> on the violation list. (12/04) <br /> 13. Dale Kroells—The old cabin has been removed. Staff will monitor <br /> exterior completion and ground stabilization. (10/04) <br /> 14. Thomas Morris—Staff has received a complaint of a garbage odor possibly <br /> coming from his garage. This continues to receive complaints. The weeds <br /> in his yard are also an issue. This will remain on the violation list. (5105) <br /> 15. James and Barbara Whitty—Mrs. Whitty notified Staff June 7 that she <br /> would contact Landsbergs to complete the restoration. Landsberg's <br /> representative has NOT notified Staff that she contacted him. (6/04) <br /> 16. Dan Gottsch—Mr. Gottsch has worked on his driveway and the Street <br /> Department will monitor. (7/05) <br /> 17. Jan Lee—The renter has completed cleanup of the refuse and exterior <br /> storage. We now consider this matter resolved,however, Staff will <br /> continue to monitor. (8/05) <br /> 18. Bonnie Watt—Ms. Watt's attorney sent the enclosed correspondence for <br /> the City Council's review at their meeting. The City Clerk notified Mr. <br /> Thomas that this rezone would be tabled at the Council Meeting. (5/05) <br /> 19. Kenneth& Cynthia Mlaskoch—Mr. Mlaskoch contacted Staff on May 8 <br /> and stated the garage may be sold and should be removed shortly. Staff <br /> will verify. (11105) <br /> 20. Kevin Nelson—The Police Chief would like to help us with this but our <br /> Ordinance has no "teeth". (9/05) <br /> i <br /> 21. Jeffrey Marcellus—Mr. Marcellus had 3 abandoned vehicles. Two have <br /> been removed and Staff will monitor one left in driveway. (1/06) <br /> 22. James and Judith Whalen—They are in the process of removing the <br /> debris. It looks like they plan to burn the remainder. (5/06) <br /> 23. David Clark—The Police Chief had visited his property and found in <br /> excess of 20 cats and kittens,piles of dirty cat litter and debris in the yard. <br /> (6/06) <br /> The following items relate to the sign ordinance, which we anticipate having ready for <br /> review soon: <br /> June, 2006 Staff Report Page 3 <br />
