STAFF REPORT <br /> Application: Metes and Bounds Subdivision <br /> Applicant: Janet Blesener <br /> Background: The Blesener properties are located on the southeast shore of West Twin Lake, <br /> on Shore Road. In total,the properties measure about 4.8 acres in size and are currently zoned <br /> Shoreline Residential. <br /> The applicant is seeking to adjust the location of the lot line shared between the two properties. <br /> This adjustment would make the properties closer to one another in size. <br /> Applicable Statutes:The purpose and intent of the Shoreline Residential district is to provide <br /> a zoning classification for riparian residential development.The zone may or may not be served <br /> by municipal sewer and water,depending on availability.(Section 5.8,Subdivision i) <br /> The applicant is required to meet all lot and use requirements of the Shoreline Residential Zone <br /> (Section 5.8 of the Land Use Ordinance): <br /> GD Riparian Only <br /> Lot width at OHW and building line-feet,minimum 100 <br /> Buildable lot area-square feet,minimum 20,000 <br /> Setback,right-of-way,local streets—feet,minimum 10 <br /> Setback,OHW—feet,minimum 75 <br /> Setback,side-feet,minimum 10 <br /> Applicable portions of the subdivision ordinance(Section 9)are listed below.
