The Ordinance states, in Section 5.15, Land Use Matrix,that "Commercial Use (Other, Not Classified) requires a Conditional Use Permit in the Commercial Zoning Classification. " In order to have this type of commercial use, you will need to apply for and receive a Conditional Use Permit. The two Conditional Use Permits you have are for amusement parks. I am enclosing a Conditional Use Permit Application. Please answer the questions as thoroughly as possible. The fee for a Conditional Use Permit is$450.00, plus a$46.00 recording fee. Please return the completed application with all necessary submittals to City Hall no later than August 22,2007. If you choose to not move forward with the Conditional Use Permit, you must remove the storage sheds no later than August 22,2007 and refrain from other commercial activities that require a Conditional Use Permit. Failure to comply with the Ordinance by August 22, 2007, will prompt us to take more aggressive action. This would likely include an Administrative Fine in the amount of $100.00 for each day the violation continues, civil action to obtain a court order directing you to comply with the Ordinance and could potentially include criminal action.
