Exterior <br /> work on the structure shall be complete in 24 months from the issuance of the Land Use <br /> Permit. The time limit maybe extended up to six months by the Zoning Administrator for <br /> good cause. A second extension shall be decided by the Planning Commission. " <br /> I have been to your property and taken the enclosed picture indicating that no siding has <br /> been placed on your new garage. If this picture accurately depicts the condition of your <br /> property, I would have to find that you are in violation of this provision of the Ordinance. <br /> As opposed to formally citing you for a violation of the Ordinance, we would like the <br /> opportunity to work with you to correct the situation. We are requesting that by no <br /> later than August 31,2007,you notify this office, in writing, of your timeframe to <br /> complete the exterior of this garage. <br /> Failure to comply with the Ordinance by August 31, 2007,will prompt us to take more <br /> aggressive action. This would likely include administrative fines in the amount of <br /> $100.00 for each day the violation continues, civil action to obtain a court order directing <br /> you to comply with the Ordinance and could potentially include criminal action.
