C. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is currently working on the <br /> following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will report on these each month until <br /> they are resolved to the satisfaction of the Planning Commission. <br /> 1. John E. MacGibbon: Non-compliant ISTS. Current parcel information lists Mr. <br /> MacGibbon as the person receiving tax statements. (Inherited from Sibley Township) <br /> 2. Cathi McBryde: A copy of the timeline and supporting information has been forwarded <br /> to the Prosecuting Attorney. Staff has not been contacted by Prosecuting Attorney. <br /> (Inherited from Sibley Township). <br /> 3. Roger Rudbeck—The City Council has agreed to forward this matter to the City Attorney <br /> to secure a lien on the illegally constructed dwellings. <br /> 4. Andrew Boldt—The adjoining property has been sold.This will remain on the violation <br /> list. <br /> 5. Johnathan Acosta — Staff sent a Certified letter directing him to submit timeframe for <br /> completion of exterior. (7/05) <br /> 6. Darrell Lake — Staff received a request for information from a local realtor. Staff will <br /> monitor for a"For Sale"sign. (8/04) <br /> 7. James and Barbara Whitty— (6/04) <br /> 8. Bonnie Watt— (5/05) <br /> 9. Kevin Nelson — Mr. Nelson requested a refund of his permit fee. The City Council <br /> directed Staff to contact Mr. Nelson and possibly extend his earlier permit. Mr. Nelson <br /> has not contacted Staff. Staff will recommend that his permit fees not be refunded. <br /> (9/05) <br /> io. David Clark - The Police Chief is monitoring. In excess of 6o cats have been removed. <br /> (6/06) <br /> ii. Rich and Lori Westlund —They have placed gutters on the building which should divert <br /> the stormwater from adjacent properties. Staff will monitor. (x/06) <br /> 12. Helen Montague — I have not received the signed letter of agreement to permanently <br /> remove the camping trailers after Labor Day. The camping situation did not escalate this <br /> past summer. Staff will remove this item from the List.(x/06) <br /> 13. Joel and Debra Wernecke — The only item remaining is the burn pile which will be <br /> burned as soon as it is safe to do so. (8/06) <br /> 14. Virgil Dahl—The City Council has directed Staff to bring this property into conformance. <br /> The Police Chief and Staff will meet with Mr.Dahl. (io/o6) <br /> 15. Herbert Winch— Most of the debris has been removed, as well as the motorhome. Staff <br /> will continue to monitor. (io/o6) <br /> 16. Randon Johnson—Mr.Johnson has created a potential erosion problem. (12/06) <br /> 17. John Lopez and Laurie Hauck — The restoration has taken place and Staff has <br /> documented with photographs. (5/07) <br /> 18. Stacey and Karin Simons — Exterior storage and abandoned vehicles. A proposed <br /> agreement has been sent to Mr. Simons for his approval — will present to Planning <br /> Commission when approved by Mr.Simons. (7/07) <br /> 19.
