5. The proposed use is unlikely to be injurious to the use and enjoyment of <br /> L properties in the immediate vicinity. The proposed landscaping would be limited <br /> to the area near the lakeside of the home and leading down to the lake, while <br /> remaining outside of the shore impact zone. <br /> 6. Properties in the immediate vicinity have been split in <br /> the past, with many of them being developed for residential purposes. <br /> 7.
