The property measures about 10.9 <br /> acres in size and is currently zoned Commercial. No additional structures or <br /> parking areas are proposed to accommodate this use. Rather,the applicant proposes to use the <br /> existing infrastructure <br /> Applicable Statutes:The purpose and intent of the Commercial District is to provide a zoning <br /> classification for commercial uses oriented around the automobile.
