Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will report on these each month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the Planning Commission. 1. John E.MacGibbon: Non-compliant ISTS. Current parcel information lists Mr. MacGibbon as the person receiving tax statements. (Inherited from Sibley Township) 2. Cathi McBryde: A copy of the timeline and supporting information has been forwarded to the Prosecuting Attorney. Staff has not been contacted by Prosecuting Attorney. (Inherited from Sibley Township). 3. Roger Rudbeck—The City Council has agreed to forward this matter to the City Attorney to secure a lien on the illegally constructed dwellings. 4. Andrew Boldt—The adjoining property has been sold.This will remain on the violation list. 5. Johnathan Acosta—Staff prepared a letter to be delivered by the Police Department. Mr. Acosta is not available to receive the letter. (7/05) 6. Darrell Lake—We have received the executed Agreement from the Lake's attorney. Staff will confirm that the items contained in the agreement are fulfilled. (8/04) 7. Dale Kroells—Staff has been directed to verify that the exterior of the new garage will not need to be completed until June 21,2oo8. Section 11.8,subpart 7". ..Exterior work on the structure shall be complete in 24 months from the issuance of the land Use Permit." The garage was permitted on June 21,2oo6. (10/04) 8. James and Barbara Whitty—(6/04) 9. Bonnie Watt— (5/05) 1o. Kevin Nelson—Staff mailed the attached letter requesting removal of the pallet fence by June 20,2007• (9/05) 11. David Clark-The Police Chief is monitoring. (6/o6) 12. Rich and Lori Westlund—They have placed gutters on the building which should divert the stormwater from adjacent properties. Staff will monitor. (7/o6) 13. Helen Montague—I have not received the signed letter of agreement to permanently remove the camping trailers after Labor Day. Staff is monitoring the camping situation in 2007 with the help of the East Twin Lake Association. (7/o6) 14. Joel and Debra Wernecke—Ms.Wernecke has not responded to Staff's request for an update.Staff mailed the attached letter requesting items be removed by July 1,2007. (8/o6) 15. Virgil Dahl—The City Council has directed Staff to bring this property into conformance. The Police Chief and Staff will meet with Mr.Dahl. (10/o6) 16. Herbert Winch—Most of the debris has been removed,as well as the motorhome. Staff will continue to monitor. (10/o6) 17. Randon Johnson—Mr.Johnson has created a potential erosion problem.
